Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

BrandKit is an AI-powered brand asset generation service. These terms describe the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities related to using BrandKit.

2. Accounts and Registration

During the paid invite beta, account access is limited to Google and GitHub social login. Email and password authentication may be enabled only after its production delivery journey is verified. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining account security.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to the following while using the service:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Do not interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Do not share your account with other people

4. Intellectual Property

You must own or be authorized to upload and process all source material. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, BrandKit grants the account holder or verified Agency purchaser the right to use final delivered assets for their projects. AI output may not be unique or qualify for exclusive copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and BrandKit does not provide trademark clearance or grant rights in third-party names, marks, source materials, or provider models. The BrandKit service, software, design system, reusable templates, and logos remain the property of BrandKit or their licensors.

5. Billing and Refunds

Paid services may be offered as recurring subscriptions or as explicitly labeled one-time services. Subscriptions renew on the stated billing interval until canceled; one-time services do not renew. The final price, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation, and refund conditions are shown in the LemonSqueezy checkout before payment.

BrandKit Pro refund requests may be made within 14 days of payment. Separately scoped Agency validation services follow the conditions shown at checkout and in the order confirmation, taking applicable law and work already delivered into account.

Cancel a recurring service through the management link in the LemonSqueezy receipt or customer portal, or contact support if that link is unavailable. Cancellation timing and access through the end of a paid period follow the conditions shown for that order.

6. Service Changes and Interruptions

BrandKit may change the service to improve it. Material changes will be announced in advance when possible, and members will be notified if the service must be interrupted for unavoidable reasons.

7. Disclaimer

Automated checks verify technical properties such as file structure and dimensions; they do not constitute creative approval, legal review, or trademark clearance. AI-generated icons are creative concepts that you must review before publication. BrandKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, and does not guarantee AI output accuracy, uniqueness, legal protectability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
